i´m saying hinata
i´m generally not a fan of X beat Y so X would beat Z.
it´s not just who beat who but also how different fighting styles and powers cancel each other out or not. in my opinion u can´t go against a hyuga with melee combat, and thats pretty much all sakura can do offensively

Although Sakura maybe a tad bit slow,her attacks are more powerful then Hinata. Sakura has good chakra control,she may do earthquakes or punches or whatever,Hinata may block with rotation and use eight trigrams. But due Chakra control and more aggression,Sakura could win because hinata could not resist for long.
However I am not pretty sure because i dont know much of how hinata fights as kishi has never shown that in detail while sakura's skills have been proved!! So I go with Sakura in this case.
