This place may still contain all documents that the uchiha have recorded over the years they have been in konohagakure.
I talk of scrolls containing information on secret missions and meetings.
Example; plans they were working on for their failed Coup d'état.

Simply trying to cover all grounds as to cover all bases but very unlikely as it holds little no relevance.
One of the ninja cat guards had a headband with the kanji for truth or sincerity (誠, makoto) written across it, like all the hidden villages have.

Some time after being defeated by Hashirama Senju, Madara set up a base here.
Its a mountainous region located at the north-most region of the land between Takigakure and Otogakure. It has dense forestry and the bones of many giant creatures can be seen jutting out of it. It is the secret hideout of Madara Uchiha and later Obito Uchiha, who began acting under the alias "Tobi".
