Is konoha the only village with doujutsus?
Nagato doesn't count because obito/Madara gave it to him.
Ao doesn't count either because its a stolen eye.
Ranmaru doesn't count because he's filler.

Ao has a Byakugan. So, I guess the Mist has one. Besides that, they're either from Konoha ninjas or of rogue Konoha ninja (Itachi, Madara, Sasuke, etc...)

Yep only known doujutsu are Sharingan and byakugan which come from the Uchiha and Hyugaa. Who're part of konoha, ( rinnegan doesn't count cause it's not a natural doujutsu)
