Does Uchiha Shisui possess the Mangekyo Sharingan?

Uchiha Shisui seems to have a technique that can only be activated every 10 years (What was it called?), and it sounds like a MS technique but I dont recall seeing a MS or EMS of Shisui's eyes.

Anyone wondered about this before?

not zoomed in enough for me to tell without a doubt , but I wouldn't doubt it.. he also looked sad when he saw samehada with bee and asked if kisame was dead

Yes Shisui possessed MS but whether he killed someone close to him to get it or he just experienced severe psychological trauma to awaken it has yet to be explained.
