No, he got them in Rinnegan state so they stay in Rinnegan state.

That's a very good question :shrug:. Since madara can just easily use ems jutsu in rinnegan state, shouldn't madara be able to do the same with one eye ? Of course note that the left and the right eye have different powers(or rather to say are stronger in one type of thing than the other).

One: He cant make rinnegans.
Two: Anyone with sealing jutsu's can do that.
Three: What does that even Mean"Combined two paths"
Four: Mismatching MS doesent make any sence.
Five: You spelt jutsu's wrong. Also, that not why he want sharingan.

The answer to your question is no.

Something I will have to check out is Sasuke's EMS. I'm not sure if it is permanent. I would believe that it isnt as Madara's EMS is not permanent. He is able to freely go between his normal eyes, EMS, and Rinnegan. So I will amend my statement to those who do not achieve EMS or Rinnegan the PROPER way, that being they are of Uchiha bloodline and their eyes are swapped with that of their brothers upon both of them having obtained the MS, will have the implanted eye in a permanent state, unable to return to its normal state.

Ao can turn his byakugan on and off, And nagato cant with his rinnegan.
