I'd still give this to the Hokage, with Tobirama, Hiruzen and Minato there they would be able to discern the SPOP's abilities.

Nagato would burn his chakra out trying to deal with Hashirama and Tsunade (through the SPOP, if it were him himself, the story would be different).

Animal Path, Naraka Path and Human Path get taken out...
Minato seals the Preta Path
Asura Path gets taken down by Hashirama
Deva Path causes Nagato too much chakra and he dies...

Yea I agree the hokages would probably win actually I'm sure of it but it would be an epic battle.
