Have you ever noticed that Naruto's relationship with a character is usually the opposite of Sasuke's relationship with a character.
For example the Five Kages: they respect Naruto and entrusted him with Killing Obito, but they view Sasuke as a criminal and just want to kill him.
Another example is Kakashi: While he seems to be becoming more and more proud of Naruto he also is becoming more and more dissapointed with Sasuke (yes this is obvious but it adds to the original point).
Orochimaru and Jiraya are two very prime examples: While Jiraya saw Naruto as a very interesting boy to teach, he viewed Sasuke without any interest what so ever (check out Jiraya and Tsunade vs Oro fight they both give their views on the two boys.
While Oro viewed Sasuke as a prodigy and genius, he viewed Naruto as mediocre failure (although his view seemed to change a little after Naruto Rasenganed Kabuto but you get my point).
Tsunade is another example: She treats Naruto like her own son but she always came off to me as not really caring very much about Sasuke (I always believed that the only reason she was willing to do the whole rescue Sasuke thing was for Naruto and Sakura's sake).
Killer Bee: He tried to kill Sasuke but became very good friends with Naruto (I am hoping that when Naruto meets Sasuke agains Killer Bee is with him because I can see some great humours comments in that kind of disscusion).
Obito: He viewed Sasuke as a avenger and clearly was obssesed with getting Sasuke on his side early on, while viewing Naruto as nothing more than a naive brat (however lately he seems to be quite fixated with Naruto because of the simmilarities).
So my overall conclusion is this, one of the yin yang things with Naruto and Sasuke is their relationships with other characters.
