Manga ruined Anime excitement? (NV Debate)

I started of with the anime. Since I'm up to where it's already subbed, I read the manga too so I'll know what happens. I still watch the anime when it's released because I like it in animation better. Spoilers don't really bother me so I just read the spoiler and stuff and then when I'm up to that part I just watch it again to let it make sense with the anime. When I just got into Naruto, I went on Narutopedia and read the wikia. A lot of the stuff didn't make sense but I knew I'd uderstand once I got up to ot so I kept reading. The name Tobi and Madara showed up a lot and I was only up to like Chunin Exams Arc when I was reading that so I kept wondering who they were, I imagined what was happening in my head so it was pretty good in there. Lol. I read a lot of stuff from Narutopedia so that's where I get a lot of my info if I wanna know something or if I wanna know more about Naruto.

yea i started with the anime and dident even know what manga was, and when i did click it to check it out at first i thought i was just some bs fan made stuff lol cause i clicked one of the newer manga pages. then i saw in the fourm people talking about things ive never seen and talking about manga and stuff i decided to check it out again and started reading to where i left off on the anime nd relised its the same shit and now i read it every week but also still watch the anime cause the fight scenes are just awsome

Don't have that feeling, but that's mainly because I always read the manga first and consider the anime as some sort of nice extra to the serie

I am not manga type guy before i guess....i actually resent that idea, but after i know naruto the anime, i guess that feeling heighten a bit with the hype of other people knowing things u didnt know yet.

Personally i came to know naruto thru anime, and first i was amaze and very excited. Years passing by watching it without feeling any provocation whatsoever and the anticipation is high every time the series ends. I enjoyed most of the opening and ending themes and even got my ringtone to it. And then came the time where internet was widely opened, and so easily gained from anywhere. Then came my great nightmare then. The forum. The manga reader. I dont blame them, but when ure still on chapter 20 and seeing one ninja fighting like hell, the nest day u read that ninja actually will die when u read the forum; which that series is actually 60 chapters ahead of ur anime. So, after a few frustration i jump directly to manga reading, hoping to get the latest news first-hand. Im not complaining but sometimes i think the anime follower must refrain themselves from any manga readers discussion (if u dont wanna get surprised). But it is just me.Did anyone else have the same feeling?

Yeah it happened to me. I too only watched the anime and then later on when onto the base where i was bombarded with spoilers which made me read the mange in a day(the chapters after the anime episodes).
