Lets face it, they are the same thing. Teen is just another way of saying child because legally (which is all that matters) your a child until you are 18

You're just speaking in terms of legal privileges, I'm talking about maturity, physically and mentally.

Everyone doesn't agree with the law. A 14 year old could be sensible enough to drive a car, only if you raise them the right way.
