I think the moment he said that, Neji was still alive, but not sure though(i must check). Anyway i don't want him to be revive even if i like Neji

The interviews is legit, however, it's not from the Jump Festa 2013. It's from the Bonus DVD release of Road to Ninja.
This year's Jump Festa Kishi didn't hold any interview, was just around chatting with people, but nothing official.
There were interviews with the produces of the next Naruto movie, where Sasuke is going to be on the spotlight.
But it is supposed he'll be as a main antagonist,as Kishi said in previous interviews that it would be strange to make a Sasuke movie, given the fact that he's a character from Naruto and that Naruto is the hero.
