it was something that Oro was researching and about the only thing he really didn't know about was the Reaper of death seal which afflicted his arms... so its a possibility. Excpesally since it was afflicting his arms - the reason sasuke killed him (in my opinoin)- so why wouldn't that be on Oro's Scroll
