- That scenario was very different. Even Sasuke pushes himself indefinitely to use high tier techniques during his fight with Danzo, but this is CS. How long did he maintain it before it leeched out his chakra completely and he dropped dead? He wouldn't be able to maintain a level four Sussano for such a long period when Sasuke said that even at ribs level every cell in his body ached.
- Even if it's less than a second, he can still be taken out, as Danzo was before he used Izanagi. Jiriya is not quicker than izanagi, now is he? If you believe that Sasuke is simply letting him get inside, then this is not a very solid point. Even if I do give you leeway, then Sasuke can simply summon a hawk and take to air, completely out of the range of Jiriya's frog song and can wait it out till the point Itachi's chakra levels drastically drop and so does his CS.
- Kakashi didn't react to it, he simply wrapped them. He said that they were 'too fast' and Danzo also supported this logic, when he said that there wasn't any time to form a single hand seal. Regardless of how fast he is, he isn't faster than Kamui or Izagani. Even the thought is far-fectched.
- Where is it stated that he can't spam it? This is a cop out to put more weight on the other party's performance.
- Jiraiya's performance with Pein was laughable. Don't even bring that argument up. That is human path. It charged straight in to suck his soul. It's not an offensive path at all, but a defensive one. Practically useless otherwise, and not proficient in any taijustu or speed feats. If he kicked him out of the way, then it isn't a feat at all. Jiraiya only faced about 5 % of pein's power, and died brutally when Asura confronted him. Had he shown something for that, I would've even considered your point.
- That shoe slipper point works against you, as he built his momentum by gathering is strength and then pushing himself off the wall. As you can see the dent left in the wall afterwards with the backwards force he applied. Completely useless in this battle.
