It does,.. sorta, allthough it's not written by Kishi.

Jiraiya and the other sannin are based on characters from the book Tales of the galant Jiraiya.
The gusty ninja is a direct reference to the real book.

Yep, look it up. Also might enjoy Journey to the west, the book on which the character Son Goku from both DBZ and the fourtails from Naruto are based on.

Sorry, for the late reaction. I honestly don't know any sites, I own the books themselves, but there may be a digital version available for tablets or smartphones.
Lots of old books became available digital lately.
