Sage Mode - A clan-specific Jutsu?

The Older son of So6P had the eyes of him, younger one the body. What if the the descendants of these two sons divided into three separate clans:

Descendants of the older one:
-Uchiha
-Hyuga
-??

Descendents of the younger one:
-Senju
-Uzumaki
-??

The descendants of the older one have the "eyes of the sage" (Sharingan, Byakugan and possibly Rinnegan), whereas the descendants of the younger son have the "body of the sage" - The Sage Mode.

It was stated by Kabuto that there are three different versions of Sage Mode. And I'm assuming that everyone has a special requirement - a specific clan:

The toads for the Uzumaki,
the snails for the Senju
and the snakes for Kabuto's clan.

If you are not from these clans, you cannot use these Modes.

However, Jiraiya could use the toad-version of Sage Mode. Maybe he is an Uzumaki. OR it's vice versa. He is NOT an Uzumaki and therefore, he cannot use the perfect, bur an imperfect version of SM, whereas Naruto - an Uzumaki - can use a perfect one.

Orochimaru couldn't use Sage Mode and that would be the reason why: His body cannot perform it, as he is not from one of the above mentioned clans. But Kabuto can use the SM and this might be the reason why Oro was interested in Kabuto that much.

i think originally juugos clan , however mount myuboku and the dragon cave also have sage mode
and yakushi then... they are clearly uzumaki descendants , kabuto knows some seals too

I'm not sure, if his clan was mentioned in the manga. But he lost his memories and Oro was very interested in him. So I guess his origin (clan) must be something special

They get chosen to try Sage mode because of high chakra. Without a high chakra nature chakra would dominant your physical and spiritual chakra in a instant. With would turn you to rock/frog/worm/snail or whatever.

So I don't believe that clans matters.

Yeah, I wasn't really sure if Kabuto could use SM because of himself or because of Yugo. I don't know how to order Yugo in this line, because he might be from a clan we already know or he might be the third one instead of Kabuto. But then I don't know why Oro was interested in him that much :/

Yeah, you're right, but he must have parents (otherwise he wouldn't be born). And his parents could belong to a clan, so...

I have another guess. People who could not control Toad SM became stoned (literally xD). Maybe the people who cannot control the chakra with Ryuchidou as source went berserk. And since Jyuogo's clan went berserk, he could not control it. He can use it, but not control it BECAUSE he is not from the required clan (hope it makes sense ^^')

Yeah, but he couldn't use a perfect one (his appearance changed a bit and he resembled a toad a little bit). Maybe it's due to his age or because he wasn't skilled enough to use a perfect one. But I think it was because he's not an Uzumaki.
