i disagree... in the same manner that ppl call chidori and raikiri different techniques... its in that lil book (that i dont follow at all but is a bible to most here) but is never discernable in action... and as such teleporting isnt a matter of physical speed to me... a person to teleport across a distance is not faster than the person that can reach across that same distance in the same time but with his own physical abilities...
