The concept of two bloodlines or spiritual bloodlines with enmity against each other comes from the bible. Everything else seems to come from Japanese mythology, Hinduism and Buddhism. So Uchiha represent Cain who was jealous of Abel his brother who represents Senju, who God (SO6P) favored for his obedience and sacrifice. Cain kills Abel in jealousy and God puts a mark on Cain and his children so that vengeance (will of Uchiha) is taken on anyone who kills him. But Adam has another child Seth to replace the Godly bloodline to carry the ways of God (Senju clan and Will of Fire). Cain's offspring follow the will that isn't of God and many become evil. So the fallen angels from heaven become one with the sons of Cain because they are rebellious, thus this represents the communion with the dark side that the Uchiha clan seem to have. So the world becomes corrupt and God (through the leaf village) sends the flood (Uchiha massacre) to wipe out the rebels. It gets twisted when you try to relate the rest of the naruto characters to the bible because the intention of the writer is only inspiration. Thank you for reading!
