Orochimaru's mastery of the edo tensei fair pale in comparison to Kabuto's level of control as seen on how degraded the Senju brothers were when they were summoned to fight old Hiruzen. Plus the Sword of Totsuka can seal any Edo summon.

I think Itachi and Kisame will win against the Sannin. Itachi have easily beat Oro with only Genjutsu. And Itachi do Amaterasu in the other than finish.

And I think Tsunade and Orochimaru can buy enough time for Jiraiya to enter the Sage Mode and use the Frog Song. I don't say the Sannins wins easily, but they can make it.

This is tough, but i think it would be kisame and itachi
kisame has the stamina to last a long while in this battle.
orochimaru edo tensei isn't as strong as kabuto's
ametaratsu will be hard to dodge by oro and jiraiya (tsunade is a bit fast so)
kisame shark mode dome will be a threat to anyone of the sannins

Itachi have a low stamia but not that low, he use i don't know many times against Sasuke and this was when he was sick, so when he is healthy.......

i havent said anything about this being easy. thats why i havent voted on who will win yet.

This actually worked in favor to Orochimaru as the area was closed, Hiruzen didnt have much room to manuever and evade attacks more easily so an open space will be an advantage to Itachi and kisame considering the former is way faster than Hiruzen.
In addition, seeing that Itachi has knowledge of the edo, Oro will have difficulty in even summoning an Edo, with thefact that it can be cancelled out the way Hiruzen did to the 3rd coffin in his fight against Oro.

If it isn't specified, it means he is sick. In Oro's case he stated he is in his prime.

It not a fairy tale,just think that he will have more stamia just like in Edo form but the body is not invicible.
And just like i said Itachi can use Tsukuyomi on the three Sannin since he is healthy. And don't forget Amaterasu or Susanoo.
