She can make shock waves. And IMO Temari won't be fast enough to dodge her attacks and counterattack at the same time.

She can use three nature types: Water, Fire, and Earth. Her water is easily Kage level, and I think her fire is strong too. Maybe it won't overpower it completely, but it would weaken it.

shockwaves?,temari reacted to sound waves from tayuya's flute when she was a genin,plus it takes far less time to swing her fan than for tsunade to punch the ground and the shockwaves to reach temari,temari also reacted to shockwaves from juubi IIRC. Temari calculated the distance of shika's shadow in seconds,so she is very analytic. Tsunade's shockwaves would only be effective from short range,cuz i beleive temari can evade it from mid range,she easily blocked lee's kick,which a 2 tomoed sasuke couldnt even remotely respond to,so she has great reflexes. The only reason i am giving tsunade the match with temari,is that her perfomance against madara gives her that right as the strongest kunoichi,otherwise i honestly cant see one way she wins.

I don't see how anyone can counter this^, people who claim Mei using Katon would defeat Temari is like believing Amateratsu is as hot as the sun. Let us use logic, If she were to do a katon jutsu, and Temari were to her futon jutsu, i'm sure her wind is powerful enough to enhance the fire as well as redirect it. Katon is at disadvantage against a futon user like Temari. Tsunade in my opinion would also lose, but you have your reasons to thin why she can beat Temari and I have mine vice versa.

At the moment since Mei and Tsunade are practically dead, Temari beats Mei and Tsunade with literally no difficulty whatsoever.

Even if they are healthy, Temari would trouble them greatly especially Mei but overall, I think the female kages are stronger than her.

Ranged combat people like Temari and Deidara usually have it easier against the 'typical' shinobi who has to get close. But I doubt she can solo every female ninja. She is indeed beatable, we've seen it a few times.

No she used her own technique on the 3rd Raikage. It didn't matter if the others attacked because it can't be expected of no name fodders to be of much help.
