So of course with the consent of Kishi, I think the anime company should ask him for permission for a few arcs they could do to let the manga get a bit farther. Some of these include: an episode for some of the jinchuuriki with unknown lives such as fuu, han, yagura, yugito, and roshi. Another should be about Hiruzen and danzo when they were training under the 2nd hokage, this would be a good way to showcase all 3 of their skills. Another could be when Sasori fought the 3rd kazekage. Just an idea, what do you guys think?

I agree. Considering that out of 294 episodes, roughly 106 are fillers. I don't see why they waste episodes instead of investing in the actual anime or flashback arcs like "Kakashi Gaiden"

Kakashi gaiden is not a filler...but I agree with you,investigating the past of the characters would be much more interesting as fillers..

So true. There's a ton shinobi to choose from to do filler arcs and as you said, instead they create these generic ninja with generic jutsu. Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing a filler arch with a young Oonoki training under Muu and see the events that led up to their fight with Madara.

I TOTALLY agree with you. My friend that I watch new eps on thursdays and I were discussing same thing. I mean there is so much history to be told. We got a glimpse of Kisame's past but that just made me want more. If we're in the 4th Shinobi War, out of all these movies we couldn't get one shedding light on any of these in a little more depth. But ANY history related to the numerous characters would serve as a much more fulfilling filler.

I would like to see stories of:
-Kisame (or any of the Mist village)
-Orochimaru
-2nd Hokage
-Shisui
