These are all troll accounts from the same person neg repping me... So I thought of this don't you think it would be a better option to not allow the NB beginners to rep until they themselves reach at least 10 rep meaning they could be trusted in the forums, I mean let's be honest who would waste that much time to get 10 rep and just troll for an hour and get banned.. Thanks for reading.​

Aren't there rep restrictions for new members? If they have 1 rep power(wich everyone start with) their neg rep power should be zero, cause the amount of neg rep power is half your positive rep power.

Also, if you think you've received a unserious neg rep contact a G-Mod/Admin. They can help you. But you have to have a good reason..

The thing is my rep went down by 6 so I don't think it is..

But in the case of Dr.Proof , where he had like 13-20 alts that rep bombed eachother and neg rep bombed others, makes a lot of difference.
