Even if he won't die, he can't really do much against a guy who will just suppress his main source of power.
In power, Naruto's under Hashirama.My top is in power but i excluded SO6P beacause he is the creator of the ninja world ;Naruto is on the 1st place beacause he is the main character and he won't die

1. Juubi & Rikudou Sennin (Yin & Yang)
2. Yamato, Gai & Lee (The funniest people in whole Naruto Story (My thoughts).)
3. Naruto & Nagato (Both wanted the same, true peace.)
Pretty much everything lol.
By the way, what make you like Hasirama and Madara ?

I would love to say Itachi or Naruto but the fact is that Madara has the EMS and the Rinnegan. And there is the fact that he has a lot more experience than both of them combined i think.
My top three would properly be:
1: Madara
2:Itachi
3:Naruto

my top in no piticular order just cause take to long to way there pros against little cons would have to be minato,Hashirama,naruto and sasuke,shikamaru which i belive will be the new kakashi if he ever gets a power up or upgrade duh kakashi tobirama bc he was the orginator of to many important jutsu orichimaru which if u think about is a evil tobirama and lee and gai i could go to about 15 shinobi that i think are or could be kage worthy but in my opinion all of the strong ones have a reminsingly simalar ningia way or way of thought or just prosonality to the strongest ones
