They get revived again, and i dont think its possible to fully seal a bijuu's chakra and even if you do it regenerates it

If biju dies he would be regenerated after some time (remember when raikage wanted to stop naruto from going to war) but i dont know what about totsuka, probably the same

Well like some said, they can't really die. If they do, they revive. The Totsuka blade, we don't know...

Tail beasts are immortal, you can seal them away but a soon as they are seal they started recovering again and ones fully powered return to our world At best you can keep them away for a year or more depending on the seal,If a Host dies with His beast inside the beast goes back to it Home dimension until it can power back up.

Not exactly sure where you got that info. There's no evidence to support much of your post.
All we truly know is that if a jinchuriki is killed, the Biju of that host takes time to reappear.

There's no way of knowing what would happen if the Sword of Totsuka was used.
Obito had to be quick with his attack on Minato because Kurama could break free.
Perhaps the same could occur with the Blade of Totsuka, seeing as both are genjutsu.
At the very least, the Sword of Totsuka would not kill any Biju.

they can be kept or stored, or weaken, or if someone powerful enough to suck every inch of their chakra, they might died.

totsuka blade? just a storage method, not an option if u wanna kill some tailed beast.

Mythology Oriental Mythology says both gods and demons are immortal, plus being a god dose not make you good nor being a demon makes you evil, its what you do with your power that determines if your good or evil Juubi power has existed before men it will existed when the last man dies on earth.

A Bijuu that is destroyed is reformed at a certain time, they are forces of nature and therefore not truly killable.
