i7 Ivy bridges are pretty good....Your graphics card is more than adequate....

I have a lesser card and i run it on ultra with 60 fps

So id say it is a pretty decent rig.

Nice, but do you know anything about compatibility? Like I know my CPU and Motherboard with work together correctly, but im not sure about the others.

Should work pretty seamlessly, you have more than enough ram, a pretty good cpu, a card that is great (later you could get another one for SLI) you don't seem to have anything that would cause bottle-necking.

I have built computers since I was 15.....but don't take my word for it.
