Tsunade didn't even have her Creation Rebirth yet, which means she definitely didn't have her Byakugo either. And if Tsunade, already gaining a reputation as one of the best medic-nin ever, doesn't have her best jutsu yet, the other two who are supposedly stronger probably don't either.

Also, Prime Hanzo (when summoned by Edo) got beat by a samurai...

Mifune > Older Jiraya, Orochimaru, AND Tsunade?

The Sanin when they were young lost becaue quite frankly, they were outclassed. And Hanzo at the time let them live on a whim.
Now, after learning Secret and Forbidden jutsu, if they all would have come together, they would have easily defeated Hanzo.
As for the salamander, it wouldnt defeat Manda, Gama, and Katsu

We haven't seen enough of him to know how powerful he is. He did solo the sannin. That should be pretty impressive no matter if they did have their super hack jutsu.
