After reading, the Sasuke and Itachi vs Kabuorochimaru or whatever, sasuke stated that he wants to know itachi's feelings, so with that being said only a few people come to mind when speaking on his feelings. His mom and Dad because thats their son and personally I would think his parents would know how he really feels because of what went on and he was always talking to them. or shisui but he said them so i'd say his parents. just my opinion.
