hey guys i'm getting confused about this ranking.can you explain?

I'm a Jounin which means i've posted more than 1,050 times, here's the rank listing..
Genin - 50 Posts
Chunin - 200 Posts
Special Jounin - 550 Posts
Jounin - 1,050 Posts
S-Class Ninja - 2,400 Posts
Sannin - 4,300 Posts
Kage - 8,000 Posts
Sage - 10,000 Posts
Hellsbadass - 30,000 Posts

As said before your rank is based on your postcount, however it only serves roleplaying purposes. For people who don't RP it's something purely cosmetic and has no real use.

hellsbadass is actually Grim....

They mean the same thing. Hellsbadass is a member who used to be an RP mod in the past and was for a very long time the member with the most posts. Eventually a cosmetic rank was added bearing his name, however because he had such a long name, they just wrote it as 'Grim' on the rank bars, which was his nickname.
