Itachi was the only one who knew/noticed obitos existance before the destruction of the Uchiha, as far as after the masacre it was just him watching Sauskes battle. And I highly doubt that they were in kahoots with each other either way. Danzo got his sharingans more than likely from orochimaru when he had his dna augmented.
