Who would you choose as hokage?

• itachi the uchiha prodigy

definetly either minato or itachi ...

minato because of his genius and he generally cares for the village and is a very powerful ninja aswell as has a load of sealing jutsu's which can prove to be very useful not to mention he can get to just about anywhere in a flash this being very useful when defending the village

itachi because of his excellent analysis skills and also because of his genius and not many people will want to mess with someone with susano :| lol itachi also cares for villages aswell as minato

these 2 are both great candidates i feel minato has a better defensive arsenal aswell making him more useful imo thank to his space/time barrier

Well, Minato was a Hokage, Nagato isn't a Konoha ninja, Itachi is an outlaw, Jiriaya never wanted the position, and considering Kakashi was going to be the Sixth, I choose him.

Itachi: his the type of man who would care about his Village's protecting more than anything.....Itachi killed his mother,his father,his lover, and his whole Clan just to protect the Village.

Nagato: protecting Amegakure and it's people for than 10 years with his Rinnegan....do you really want me to say more?

Itachi should have been declared Hokage sometime after the death of Minato. He was basically the most prodigious child in the village and an Uchiha, if the elders were willing to trust him to the point that they would believe he would slaughter his own clan then they shouldve believed he could have been trusted with the role of Hokage. This would have probably appeased the clan as well stopping the coup without fcking slaughtering them.
