Who is most Qulified To be the next Hokage

Hokage is the leader of konaha and the gurdian of Fire country a really responsible title;So who is the most qulified one to be the hokage,
Plz remember Hokage must be Strong,Cool,Wise,patience,With experience,Skillfull,Talanted,With some one with Will Of Fire...ect
So What do you guys think..........
I think Hatake Kakashi is the most suitable one to get the title:He has every thing on a good hokage
Naruto is talanted,skillfull and cool but he is at gennin level... so he is not good, In the Future He will be ready...
So What do you think NB

this, kakashi deserves the title, after all he was about to be elected when tsunade was in comma.

kakashi has great skills, kakashi has great intellect and kakashi understands what it means to "fulfill your duty to your country, to your people and to your team mates."

so with that being said, kakashi is a high candidate.

naruto is far off, he's got skills, passion and desire but lacks understanding and experience just yet.

i mean sure, he seems like he's got all of the necessary tools but he will pose a lot of threat and danger to his people if he continues his naive attitude and idealistic point of views.

Please Kakashi. He is perfectly fitting. Naruto grew up quite abit though. I think Kakashi will be killed and it will be Naruto. Works as well but Kakashi would have been alot better.

It's pretty clear Kakashi is the most viable candidate for hokage, he has every quality and stature needed. He has fighting skill, compassion, intelligence, reputation and a good grasp of reality.

Shikamaru will follow his fathers footsteps and become adviser or the hokage no doubt

Naruto, will in the end become like Jiraiya imo, he will be offered Hokage position, but decline.

No one else in the leaf other than these 3 are even viable in my eyes
