But in honesty that is highly unlikely. Infinite Tsukoyomi is clearly an end game technique which is why the fourth war is even going on. With it there is no single person that could fight him....and it would be rather annoying. More likely is Perfect Susanoo, and after that the Rinnegan (which is still unlikely as Sasuke is too prideful as an Uchiha to take DNA).
