question 1: can Kotoamatsukami and tsukuyomi work on someone with either the rinnegan or ems ?

question 2: which is stronger KA or tsukuyomi?

question 3: can tsukuyomi of itachi's level or KA work on naruto or bee?

question 4: would 3t or ms obito fall victim to KA or tsukuyomi or would he break them?

question 5: sasuke broke tsukuyomi before and now has itachi's eyes would KA or tsukuyomi work on him?

question 6: could you pleeease list the people who you think these two ms jutsus (KA and tsukuyomi) wouldn't work on and if possible please sate why.

all those are true if you remember jiraiya put pain rinnegan into a gen..and i think tsukiyomi is stronger Uchiha Inza

and sasuke will break out of any gen just because of his ems or even his ms sasuke stoped getting cought in gens when he only had his level 3 sharingan still while fighting Lord Itach...thats why madar wouldnt be able to get caought in the infinite tsukiyomi because of ems even when sasuke and edo itachhi fought kabuto they knew ammidiatly when they were in a genjutsu Uchiha Inza
