Pain high difficulty. Tsunade nor A can counter CT. Since these two only use taijutsu, Pain will quickly adopt.

Weakened Pain kept up with SM Naruto so he shouldn't get blitzed by A. Tsunade will get stabbed by chakra rods which will eventually paralyse her despite her physical strength and chakra control due to Nagato injecting his own chakra into Tsunade. She could probably over power this and remove the rods but with Pain being faster than her, he could follow up with more attacks and eventually rip out her soul.

A and Tsunade don't have many counters to the Animal path either. The invisible chameleon can't be detected and the multiplying dog will cause major problems. I guess Tsunade can try encasing it with Katsuyu and reverse summoning it away. A chou shinra tensei will wreck the two and leave them in very bad shape if not outright kill them.

Tsunade and A high diff. A's speed counters the 5 second Shinra Tensei limit and Pein can't absorb Tsunade and A's taijutsu attacks. Also Tsunade can take care of the summons.

With good teamwork they win high diff.

Well I think she can deal with Asura, Preta and maybe Naraka. She is the perfect counter against these paths. She can immobilize the summons with BPD and she can KO the animal Path. Preta is useless against her, because as I said, her base strength is greater then Sakura's enchanted strength. And If she can deal with Naraka, it can't ressurect the other paths.

A would be good against Deva, and Human paths. The HP can't absorb his soul. he is very fast.

I agree that she could take out Asura path but you are forgetting the animal path, and IMO I don't think A and Tsunade can counter the crab, rhino and multiplying dog.

Tsunade can paralize every summon with 1 touch.

tsunade and A can win if A takes out deva at the start, then they have to stop naraka from reviving it
