how can gara , A or onoiki evade kamui.... even A cant do it because he s not as fast as BM naruto

Gaara can protect himself with several sand layers.
A is too fast, he was able to dodge even the amaterasu. He kills Kakashi before he notices who is his opponent.
Onoki can fly. And in the air, he is fast. He makes a jinton then is over.

And don!t forget Kakashi uses the Kamui as a trump card/ final resort.

If the world of Naruto made any sense, Kakashi would stand 100m away and Kamui the building walls away, then he'd kamui A, since he can close the gap the fastest, from then on it's a matter of blocking there attacks with kamui and get them. In a world where the element of surprise plays such a big deal, like in the ninja world, that would be sufficient.

PS: Put into account that it would never happen in the manga/anime. It would be anti-climactic for the fans and simply just unsatisfying. If any of this was possible kage level ninja would have been killed by chuunin ninja's with kunai's.

kakashi know that he is fighting kages so he may use it quickly and sasuke who is abit slower then kakashi kept up with A V1 so kakashi wouldnt face any problems and i believe kamui is faster then amaterasu since there s no blood and hebi sasuke out run it against itachi
as for gaara , his sand wouldnt save him from a bijuu sized kamui ... and he can outsmart onoiki for example he warps himself to kamui dimension and when the time is right he comes out to kill him or uses bunshin feint and we all know kakashi clones feints are incomparable
