[Question] Juugo's Clan in RP

So, can we make bios of Juugo's clan in the RP? If not, can it be allowed?

Since they can passively absorb Senjutsu, there can be restrictions:

1. Must be Sannin and above
2. Member for six months
3. Permission from an RP Mod(maybe)
4. Can't go Sage Mode, I.E., limits on how much Nature Energy can be absorbed and for how many turns they can aboarb and how long it lasts.

well i feel as though more about his clan will be revealed once we find out what's in the scroll, could be stuff on sage mode

There isn't enough revealed information on Juugo's Clan for it to be included in the RP. The clan's name and even origins are a mystery as well as the extent of their abilities and how it works. I don't see how it's possible to add a clan we don't know much about, it seems awesome though.
