Is The Dream World For Everyone?

If Obito and Madara manage to cast Infinite Tsukuyomi, does every individual caught in the genjutsu live in their own dream world. Or is it Obito and Madara who are going to create a "dream world" for everyone? I can't recall if the manga specifically stated if it was one or the other.

I would like to think they all have their own dream world but who knows with Obito and Madara involved. Does anyone have an idea if it was ever stated anywhere?

Judging by Road to Ninja movie, everyone's wish becomes reality, but for that Tobi(still Madara in the movie) had to find out what each of them wished about. And due to Obito saying that he'll make Naruto Hokage inthe Dream World, it basically means that only those dreams would come true which Obito/Madara know of. And it's pretty ****ed up, because it's impossible to find out every living human being's wishes and Obito doesn't seem to care to find out their wishes too, he only cares about his own desire of smexing up Rin. So all in all, this Moon Eye Plan is complete BS as it only benefits lucky people who have their dreams realised due to Obito's kindness(I don't count Madara as he's been dead for 20 years and doesn't give a shit about people's wishes)
