There were made so many mistakes on Chapter 599, and now Kishimoto is fixing them, like Minato's face on the mountain.

You are just presuming that Kakashi was 9 when he become a Jōnin, and if you say that I'm presuming too that Kakashi is 13, that's because it's the most normal thing to say in this situation.
Look Naruto and Konohamaru at the beginning of the series, Naruto is 12 and Konohamaru is 8, and their difference in the growth is huge. And you say that Obito is 13 and Kakashi 9, which is one year difference from Naruto and Konohamaru, but Kakashi is taller than Obito.

It's the most obvious thing to say that they are the same age.

Dude, check the databooks, their academy and chunun graduation/promotion ages, Obito was 13 when he "died" and Kakashi 9 and he just turned Jounin then. Obito's attack on Konoha happened 16 years prior to Shippuden, Kakashi is 30 now. 30-16=14, thus Obito fought Minato as 18 years old.
