again naruto was tired by using 4 tails transformation sasuke never defeated naruto when both are at equal stamina (except in the academy naruto was dumb) he always fights naruto when naruto has used most of his stamina in other works

the fair fight was b4 the Sasuke vs naruto at VOTE at the top of hospital building and naruto would have killed him

Sasuke was fcking up Naruto on the rooftop. People seem to believe Naruto was stronger just because Rasengan created a bigger hole. But at the VotE they did a Rasengan/Chidori clash and it was a tie.

Naruto never truly surpassed Sasuke until he learned Sage Mode, but Sasuke leveled the playing field by unlocking Susano'o
