There's a sticky thread made specially for this movie with all the information in it. The dvd will be released in Japan in April, beginning of May of this year and then they'll sub it a week later or so.
Until then, you can't watch it anywhere online.

Only in japanese cinema,cuz it has not been released in DVD.It will in 1-3 months,then it will be available on various sites subbed.The dubbed version will be released after a long time,probably 2-4 years.You just have to wait and be patient.
