Underrated Naruto Characters

Why are Kiba and Tenten in the underrated list?
Arent they just rated as strong as they are(or should i say weak?)?

No offense but Tenten can only summon weapons from scrolls and throw them accurately, but many shinobi can aim well, so its not like she is special (Itachi for example, can do it even better).

Kiba has a good nose, but his only attack is gatsuuga on people, either alone or with Akamaru.
The sniffing part will be stronger if his dog has pissed on the target.

That is more or less all there is to it.
What part of them is underrated?


Dont get me wrong though. I would love to see Kishi, giving them some more development, both as a character and in abilities, like giving them new ones, more abilities and more interesting ones.

and who say hinata you mean the manga underrate her ability then yes she is ok but now no one underrate everyone expect she is strong because she is a hyuga


And for naruto fandom hinata is the most overrated

I agree with you about Kiba but Tenten is pretty underrated, all I have to say is watch Naruto Shippuden: Inheritors of the Will of Fire. The jutsu she uses on the beast at the end of the movie could've easily killed every ninja of the Konoha 11 not including her of course. I find her skills interesting to be honest.

Kabuto gets underrated. A large amount of people here, actually think that Itachi or Sasuke, could take on Kabuto alone. Kabuto stomps both of them 1 on 1 low dif(without edo), cause he counters them and if Itachi was not Edo, than they would have lost 2 vs 1 to Kabuto. Izanami, lamest plot no jutsu ever really .

Others who are underrated are probably, Ino, Sakura, Hinata (female characters in general maybe even), Killer Bee, Darui, Ao, Chojuro and probably a few more.

Kabuto is pathetic, he has to use powers from orochimaru/juugo/Karin/suigetsu just to compete with the likes of sasuke and itachi

Well...people tend to not notice Kakuzu and Sasori....though in recent months this has improved. Shino is deffinatly under rated.

Hinata and Sakura csn be both over rated and under rated....though of the two probably Sakura is more under rated due to many disliking her for whatever reasons (for example maybee personality)

Overrated/overhyped characters for many reasons IMO: Itachi, Sasuke, Madara, Obito (the whole Uchiha clan so to say), Naruto, Hinata, Sakura, Sasori (by fans mostly), Pain, Kakashi, Hidan and Gaara (sometimes - by fandom), the list goes on...
Underrated: Shino, Neji, Deidara (downgraded as hell by far), Kakuzu, Zabuza, Haku, Choji, Ino, Yamato, TenTen, Lee, Temati, Kankuro, Sai.
