Youre saying that its just a manga but your not excepting other people opinion! Everyone views sasuke differently. For example i think he sucks and tired of the whole wo is me act or emo act haha! But that is just my opinion, i know others feel like its awesome for sasuke! However i also know that despite his behavior he is a powerful ninja.

He would have killed Killer Bee with Amaterasu at the beginning of the fight if his intention would have been to kill but not capture. Bee would never even have had the change to attack him in the first place. Just pointing that out, since a lot of people seem to overlook that...

And in the end, him having had help doesn't matter. He was smart enough to have people with him in fights that he knew that would be hard for him to win without backup. It doesn't change the fact that now he's easily a top 15 shinobi, who will wreck most characters in the series.

You seem to overlook the fact that he did use the Amaterasu and failed,Bee got away. I agree with you that CURRENTLY he is top 15 and that is a fact.
But it is also a fact that Sasuke got away from Deidara's suicide bomb with PnJ,having no chakra and barely standing yet capable of summoning Manda and using a sharingan genjutsu on him. Had it not been for Karin,Sasuke would get killed by Bee's 8 sword combo. Juugo healed him after Bee blew his ribcage open with Lariat. Suigetsu saved him from Hachibi's bijuu dama. Raikage would splatter him had it not been for Garaa though that would probably cause severe damage to A. Zetsu saved him from Mizukage's Kekkei Genkai. Tobi saved him from Tsuchikage's Jinton. Karin healed him after he and Danzo exchanged hits with chakra blades giving Sasuke enough chakra to continue fighting. He was barely breathing before that while Danzo stood up with one arm and said "Not yet". Plus Danzo wasnt at full strenght because KA was on cooldown AND he was saving enough chakra to take on Tobi. After that both Zetsu and Tobi saved him from Kakashi and Naruto. Is that enough of Sasuke's failures? He did get crushed pretty much every fight before EMS.

All i hearing is an opinion.....i could so say Sasuke would have killed the Railkage if not for Garra...please don't throw out things you have no proof for it.

Almost every fight we've seen has been close but really that's what makes us read the manga. Just about everyone has relied on power-ups or back up for fights. Think about it. Jiraya needed Tsunade or his frog buddies for sage mode. Kakashi has needed Gai a couple of times or a new Sharigan power. Naruto always needs Kuruma is one way or another, or someone else to distract the enemy while he gets his shit together (Hinata against Pain, Neji against Madarito, Bee agaisnt Madarito, -way back when- sauske against Gaara, etc, etc....).

It's a plot technique. Everyone uses it in this manga and in other. Think about other popular stuff like bleach or old dragonball.
