jman. it will take a while due to her strength of 100 but his sage mode kinda lasts forever if ma and pa stay on his shoulders. with the danger perception he should be able to dodge her attacks.

If the frogs stay on his shoulders why would his sage mode end? Those frogs never leave sage mode, feed him the chakra from the shoulders like they did before and in turn he never leaves sage mode.
I'm not even sure if tsundae can hurt someone via katsuyu. its never been shown. but if what you say is correct he heals himself or dodges via sage mode.
Please give me another scenario.

Ok what if tsunade gets inside katsuyu he won't kill her then if he touches katsuyu he die tsunade has killing medical ninjustu and cantransfer it to katsuyu if he touch a katsuyu he dies no you can't just run on sage mode you need chakra to to balance it but he will run out and he dies

I don't see Tsunade countering techniques like Sound Genjutsu and Swamp of the underworld. Jiraiya would likely have the chance of getting into SM, since Tsunade is not recognized for being the fastest character in the series. Summoning the boss toads would also help him a lot when entering SM, like he did against Pain.

I honestly don't see Tsunade winning this, the main reason beig here simple fighting style.

Sound genjustu won't work if tsunade have byakugou on it creates to chakra pathways flowing it will override it or sundae can have a katsuyu full of her chakra in case something happen so she get out out all his other moves she tank easly

if she hides inside the slug the swamp drowns them both. jman wont let her attack the toads. and we dont know if she can counter the sage song genjutsu.

Did you Read what I said about the genjustu it won't work she has multiple ways to escape it like katsuyu breaking her out the yin seal you can't drown something as big as katsuyu shell spray acid slime at jiriya so he won't be able to do it his toads are ko easily

Jiraiya high diff, he would be able to hold Tsunade off to go Sage Mode and once in Sage mode he can use Swamp of the Underworld and hit Tsunade with a Sage art: Massive Rasengan or Sage art: Bath of boiling oils to finish her off.

When tsunade heard pain defeat jiraiya, she said if jiraiya got beat then nobody in konoha got a chance against pain including herself. She is not touching jiraiya anyway jiraiya is faster,more agile and the moment jiraiya enter sm, tsunade will be outmatched. Base jiraiya it can go either way but sm jiraiya wins mid-diff
