He defeats 6POP mid diff. and may even have a chance against Nagato although I have my doubts. Naruto can do Sage mode and KCM clones while he's in a Kyuubi Transformation which I think people seriously underestimate (Insane trio). Never the less I will go with the hype and possibly the truthful outcome and say Nagato wins Very High diff.

Nagato's Pein Rikudō isn't strong enough to take on Naruto's current form. He can easily devastate multiple realms in one go with casual bijūdamas or chakra roars. Though Preta Path can absorb chakra, it doesn't stand a chance against an explosion. This actually means that inaccurate bombs or those which miss a Path of Pein will actually be more dangerous, since the resulting explosion will cover mountains-worth of space and cannot be absorbed. Big hitters like Chibaku Tensei are getting taken out by Naruto's sheer power and Pein isn't helped by the fact that their powers are a tier below the true, complete Nagato's.

How would Nagato win?? This is non edo Nagato we are talking about sorry, and he cant even walk, even if he was edo Nagato, remember he had trouble moving because of his body not being accustomed to the ability to walk. The way i see it is that the only reason naruto lost so badly against edo nagato is because first off, he was a friend, second, Naruto was not in cooperation with Kurama and therefore, Kurama was draining Naruto's chakra for every second he was in RM. Also naruto and bee had already covered a great distance and Naruto's chakra had already been fully depleted while he was running to the battlefield, therefore Naruto was in a weakened state.
In my opinion, Naruto+Kurama>Nagato

Pain was peak of Nagatos own strenght. "Complete Nagato" was just Kabutos creation, merely a display of how strong Nagato could have been, not how strong he was.

Exactly! if Nagato had not been revived with edo, all he is alone is a helpless anorexic guy in a wheelchair, his only defense would be Shinra and Chibaku tensei which were both negated by incomplete Kurama, even if he summoned Gedo Maza, Kurama would make short work of it while Nagato's wheelchair starts sinking into the many fissures created by the epic battle.
