So do you think that Kamui is even more overpowered than we see it actually? Do you think that if both eyes were together, it could unlock a third power even much more powerful than we've never seen before? If it's the case, what do you think it could be?

When I read that I started to think that he was not madara but instead his brother because his brother gave madara his eye's then I thought didn't madara's brother die or was that a lie

Madara infers that the double Mangekyō, enables a third technique that could potentially be mapped with properties likened to their Mangekyō abilities(i.e.Kotoamatsukami)—which may not be Susano'o, but a power stronger than Kamui and Jikūkan Idō. Instead of Susano'o, Obito's third Mangekyō technique may be the a following technique.

For example:

1.) Warp huge areas, around themselves and afar to the other dimension.

or

2.) A strengthen Kamui ability predicated by the unlocked combination of twisting or condensing the space around that person, and the space around that space.
