if its all 8 vs kurama, probably the 8. 50% of kurama stalemated a bijuudama from 5 of the weaker bijuus which is less than 50% than if goku shukaku and gyuki were there

the three of them cant replicate the bijuu dama from other 5 bijuus, kurama goes up to double the power and beats them, also the fact that it is at least 2-3 times bigger than every other bijuu and can easily beat the hell out of them with his bare hands or tails
