The fact that I'm new to this certain thread means I'm another Sakura hater. I shouldn't have to look back into the thread. If you are a true Sakura fan you would repeat yourself countless times in order to get your point across to the people that have not yet received them.

i think i've said this earlier to you ....without chiyo sakura would've died in sasori's first attack
and ya chapter 265 the very first attack by sasori was dodged by sakura because chiyo saved her ...without chiyo, sakura wouldn't have lasted for 2 seconds ....but without sakura, chiyo would have lasted until the iron sand by 3rd kazekage puppet

i hope this clears up ur misconception and hope u stop giving credit to sakura for sasori's defeat

...the credit of killing sasori always goes to chiyo ....chiyo makes the killing blow but sasori chose not to dodge it...
so its like partial suicide + chiyo's tech ,.... sakura was used as a puppet by chiyo

sakura was only a tool used by chiyo to defeat sasori.
later she saver chiyo's life and all it great and i accept that

Sakuras popularity, unlike that of the other main characters (Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi) basically dropped as the manga progressed. Hinata, who is more or less a complete fodder character, has surpassed her on several polls including the most recent one. Given the fact that she gets the panel time (well generally until the war arc at least) of a main character, I think its safe to infer that even in Japan (assuming these polls are a decent statistical sample of the larger fan population so a statistical inference is valid) she has failed to garner positive reception from the fan base at least RELATIVE to the other main characters.
