Besides, skipping now would be a waste to be honest, of course naruto and the alliance have 0% of winning on their own, but my guess is Madara and Tobi will have a little brawl, lose the juubi control for a while, and one of them might get finished off, leaving one to control the juubi, wich might just not work.

Naruto and the alliance can't do anything against them now, basically.

I think we will indeed see Sasuke.

I think later on, the alliance succeeds in demolishing the Juubi by taking out the small part of Kuramas chakra that the Statue swallowed. Kurama said that those inside the pot and gourd could never come out. So the pot and gourd must be inside the Juubi. Remove those and the Juubi will crumble turning into a "fair" fight.
