for her to win this fight she would have to activate her strength of 100 off the bat. in that time neji lee and hinata will be on her ass and keep her occupied with taijutsu. gentle fist is no joke some slaps from neji and she'll b coughing up blood if she doesn't manually fix her chakra network.(strength of 100 won't fix chakra going in the wrong direction. on top of that strength of 100 might make it worse since its chakra based)
On top of that if she gets hit with 64 or 128 palms there goes her strength of 100.

if she activates it b4 he does 128 then yes it gets effected. he wont die if he gets close due to lee backing him up and shino's bugs sucking her chakra.( if chakra control is not precise impact is weaker)
the act of transforming broke it. and she can still get hit with mind body transfer from ino.
if she doesn't fight then there would be no need for an update her stats wont change due to her not training and she does fight in shippuden.

the chakra has to flow through the chakra pathway for it to work thats the only way it's gonna heal her body and choji tosses her summon or picks it up and leaves with it. no she is not faster. there was never a scan throughout all of naruto where she gets complimented on her speed. even databook says otherwise.
