My left eye harnesses the ability to use dark chakra, like that guy in the movie bonds... He was so powerful..

My right eye would be to control inatimate objects and turn them into living things, basically the power of creation.

The third power....well It would either be susanoo, or some super powerful genjutsu....

If you mean by our own custom ones i would go with a mangekyo that looks like Sasuke's. Personally his looks the best especially ems. As far as abilities go(if we're taking into consideration of the real world) it would be something like this:
Left Eye: Kamui- Never be Late anywhere lol
Right Eye: Tsukyomi-just so bad ass in my opinion
Third Ability: Some strong ass genjutsu that can never be repelled. -I'll use this ability for everything haha (eg. convince boss to give me more money)

EXACTLY... Just like Kabuto's muki tensei.. where you can control everything animate or inanimate, and bend them to your will.
