Maybe not his "senjustu chakra, but his chakra is an ingredient in the curse seal aka his revival via Anko and sasuke's curse seal removal via Itachi v Sasuke. It's still Senjustu chakra from Jugo's clan however.

Ororchimaru wanted the body so that he could take itachi's eyes and get EMS, but after sasuke awakened MS. AT that point he would infused himself with senju DNA and hopefully awaken rinnegan with all of Sharingan's powers as well.

THus his goal to learn all jutsu is one step closer!
