Well if Naruto gets a new power up then Sasuke has to get rinnengan and hashis cells and stuff like that to just stand a chance against him? I mean BM combined with SM would be overkill!

Yeah this is the problem if there is another arc after this with Sasuke as the final villain, Naruto is probably going to get one asspulled OP powerup if hes going to defeat Madara so to make the Naruto Vs Sasuke fight realistic, Kishi will have to pull another random powerup from his ass for Sasuke.
